Admission Procedure

At Sathyam International School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and become responsible citizens. Our admission process is transparent, simple, and student-friendly.

Admission Procedure

  • Parents visit the school or contact the office to collect the Admission Application Form.
  • The completed form, along with the required documents, must be submitted to the school office.
  • An interaction/assessment may be conducted depending on the grade applied for.
  • Admission confirmation will be communicated by the school.
  • Once confirmed, parents must complete the fee payment and formalities to secure the seat.

Eligibility

  • Kindergarten (LKG & UKG): Based on age criteria as per CBSE norms.
  • Grades 1–9: Based on previous school performance, interaction, and seat availability.
  • Grade 11: Based on Class 10 Board Exam results and stream-specific requirements:
    Science (PCM/PCB/CS/IP)
    Commerce (ACC/ECON/BS/MATH/IP)

Required Documents

  • Birth Certificate (Original + Copy)
  • Previous School Progress Report / Transfer Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card (Student & Parents)
  • Passport-size Photographs (Student & Parents)
  • Community Certificate (if applicable)
  • Address Proof
  • Vaccination / Medical Record

School Fee Structure

The fee structure is available at the school office and is shared at the time of admission. It includes:

  • Tuition Fee
  • Term Fees
  • Transportation Fee (optional)
  • Lab & Activity Fee (if applicable)

I Term 25th March 30th March
II Term 1st September 10th September
III Term 1st December 10th December

Parents are requested to pay fees on time to avoid delays and ensure uninterrupted services.

Withdrawal Guidelines

  • Withdrawals during the academic year require full-year fee payment.
  • Parents must inform the school on or before 31st December if they wish to withdraw their child for the following academic year.
  • Transfer Certificates will be issued only after clearance of dues.
  • All school property (library books, ID card, etc.) must be returned before withdrawal.

RTE (if applicable)

The school follows government norms for Right to Education (RTE) admissions, subject to:

  • Eligibility criteria specified by the Tamil Nadu Education Department
  • Submission of required documents
  • Availability of seats under the 25% reservation category

Parents may contact the school office for RTE application support during the official admission window.
